Perhaps there's no more central piece of a climber's equipment than the saddle / harness. If you are looking for a new one, then you've come to the right place! Between Weaver and Petzl®, we offer several types with various features and price points. Weaver offers nice, durable harnesses that are mostly made of leather. The one exception is their newest offering, the Cougar 1075 Rope Bridge Saddle. It's a cutting edge product that uses lightweight, comfortable yet resilient materials. Petzl® saddles follow a similar form, being made from synthetic materials that make them very lightweight. Only quality materials, comfort-minded and highly-efficient saddles bare the Petzl® name.

In addition to climbing saddles, we offer Full Body Harnesses in our Fall Protection section. While many full body harnesses aren't appropriate for tree climbing, we have seen a growing number of climbers using tower climbing harnesses that offer hip d-rings, seat saddles and even chest and back d-rings. The EagleTower™ LX Tower Harness from Elk River is a great example of this trend. It offers all of the features needed for general climbing, works well in rescue scenarios and offers better protection in headlong falls.
