Non-Lifting Chain

We offer several grades of chain that are suitable for industrial use, but not overhead lifting. We also stock the repair links needed to put your broken chains back together.

Grade 30 chain is considered light-duty, entry level link chain. Grade 43 is about 50% stronger yet is still not suitable for tie down / load securement nor overhead lifting. Grade 70 chain is the right choice for tie down / load securement because it is strong enough and considered alloy, yet still is not approved for overhead lifting. In addition to buying Grade 70 chain by the foot, you can buy pre-cut Grade 70 Binder Chains. We also stock an assortment of Grade 70 Hooks so you can make your own chains.
