Eye & Eye Polyester Round Slings

Though not as well-known or widely-used as regular flat web slings, eye and eye polyester round slings can be a great alternative. Just like their counterpart—endless polyester round slings—they maintain a very high strength-to-weight ratio. The Working Load Limits are also the same. Principally, the difference is that for users that are accustomed to rigging with flat eye and eye web slings, these slings are more familiar than their endless version. At the same time, you still get many of the same benefits that come with endless polyester round slings. For example, the load-bearing strands are still protected under a jacket. Capacity is still indicated by color, and you can still perform all standards hitches (vertical, choker and basket). These slings were really just made to bridge a gap between users that favor flat eye and eye web slings, yet want the advantages of endless polyester rounds slings.
