Perhaps there's no more central piece of a climber's equipment than the saddle / harness. If you are looking for a new one, then you've come to the right place! We feature top brands like Weaver, Petzl, Buckingham and Singing Rock. Weaver offers nice, durable harnesses that are mostly made of leather, although in recent years they have rolled out new synthetic options like the Cougar saddle, available with our without a rigid seat. Petzl saddles follow a similar form, being made from synthetic materials that make them very lightweight. Only quality materials, comfort-minded and highly-efficient saddles bare the Petzl name. Keep in mind that Petzl saddles and harnesses are sized with numbers. For example, Size 1 will fit "average" body frames, while Size 2 is for bigger bodies. You might think of Size 1 as Medium and Size 2 as Large.
