Product Description

Great deal combining a popular lever binder and chain size for one low price. Binder is made from forged steel, plus it's heat-treated and proof-tested with a higher than normal Working Load Limit. Chain is made from Grade 70 steel and features a gold finish for corrosion protection--gold is the standardized color for tie down chain identification--plus it comes pre-cut with clevis grab hooks installed on each end, which is perfect for load securement.
