Can you tell me the thickness in oz? We are use to buying the following and are tired of the slow shipping since we're on the opposite coast.

Thanks for any info.

The palm weight is 24 oz for the Logger Special gloves. Keep in mind too that for many orders headed east, we ship Priority Mail with an average transit time of just 2-3 days.

Are these the thick gloves or thin? I need really thick gloves.
1 Answer
These are indeed thick gloves, and overall the feedback has been solid. But, they are a less-expensive version of the White Ox Glove, so if you want a tried-and-true product with great reviews, we would push you that direction.

Low Quality
April 19, 2020
I recently purchased two pairs of Southern Loggers Special gloves size XL. While the first pair I tried on fit pretty good, the second pair not so great. The pinky finger on the left glove is about as long as the middle finger so I have about 1/2 to 3/4 inch of extra glove over my pinky finger. Must've been made on Friday just before quitting time.
Next time I'll purchase the White Ox gloves.
