Our Most Popular All-Purpose Block!

We sell all kinds of blocks--thoes with hooks, shackles, swivel eyes, etc.  But none of them are more popular than our yarding blocks, and for good reason.  These blocks work pefectly with the most common sizes of wire rope, from 1/4" - 1", with sheave diameters from 3" - 8" and Working Load Limits from 1-1/2T - 8T.  They are affordable, usually in good supply and come with roller bearings and a grease fitting to keep the sheaves rolling smoothly.  In fact, the smooth turning of the sheave is typically the most pleasant surprise for our customers.  They just don't expect blocks in this price range to feel so smooth.  Also, the fixed bail on top of the block opens with the easy removal of a toggle pin, meaning you can insert your wire rope anywhere along the line.  Available in both painted and galvanized finishes for those corrosive environments.
