What is the length and width of this latch and where can I compare latch dimensions?

Unfortunately the manufacturer does not provide drawings or dimensions for these.  Perhaps you could send a couple of photos of your hook so we can try to identify the markings...?  You can send them to sales@westechrigging.com.
