This handy kit features Marvin's ever-popular PH4 pruner head combined with two foam-filled dielectric poles--a 6 ft base pole and 6 ft head pole to give you 12 ft combined length. Rope included.
Dielectric poles are individually tested per OSHA 1926.951(d) and ASTM F711 / ASTM F1826 prior to leaving the factory. Lesser poles are merely batch tested. Proper care is needed to assure the poles' dielectric properties.
Keep pruner away from electrical power lines or wires. Approaching or contacting electric power lines with a pruner may cause serious injury or death by electrocution. Electricity can jump from one point to another by means of arcing. Maintain a clearance of at least 50 ft. between the pruner and any electrical line carrying live current.
Improper use can cause serious or fatal injury. To reduce risk of injury to operator from falling objects, do not cut vertically above your head. Always wear safety hard hat, gloves, and eye protection. Keep others away from work area to avoid injury.
Keep hands, fingers, and body parts away from cutting edges to avoid serious injury. Use only Fred Marvin authorized poles manufactured for use as a tree pruner pole. Use only Fred Marvin replacement parts. Use of other parts could result in product malfunction or injury.
- Convenient package is just like Marvin's popular PKG-9, except these poles are foam-filled dielectric and individually tested

- Professional series, extra stiff poles features a reinforced spring clip and a heavy-duty rubber end cap
