Product Description

Nothing But the Best from Pewag--Now in One Slick Box!
When it comes to security chain, Pewag is way out in front of the competition. They have a proven chain design, offering the perfect blend of link design and hardness. For example, their new tapered link design makes it even tougher for bolt cutters to get a proper bite. Additionally, their chain has a case-hardened exterior (62 HRC) with an electro-galvanized finish, which provides maximum protection against crime and the elements. And now, you can get this chain with a great Viro padlock, high-quality Pewag branded chafe sleeve and a convenient storage bag to throw in your RV, trailer or truck box. And if you're giving this as a gift, it comes a slick-looking box for a nice, factory-new presentation!

What About The Lock?
This Viro Panzer #4126 is a true, high-security Viro padlock that was hand selected to work with this 10mm chain--you won't find anything like it at your local hardware store! The body is solid forged brass with 3mm thick case-hardened, tempered, copper, nickel and chrome plated steel main armor. The bolt is also case-hardened, tempered, copper, nickel and chrome plated steel rotating resistant to attack dead-bolt. 7-pin plug, pull-resistant, with case-hardened, tempered, copper, nickel and chrome plated steel anti-drill plate. Supplied with three Viro Top Security profile nickel-plated brass keys. The lock itself weighs just under 2 lbs.

What are the contents of "Chain in a Box".  We were thinking of ordering the 3/8" x 9ft chain & we are hoping it included the chafing sleeve, as well as the lock as the picture shows.   Please confirm.
1 Answer
Yes, it comes with everything pictured: cardboard box (just for packaging), storage bag, the chain itself, the chafe sleeve and the Viro 4126 padlock.

Excellent kit to secure your valuables
December 6, 2020
This kit is a great value that includes everything you need with a carry case! The quality of the chain and the lock is first rate. A really nice chafe sleeve covers the chain to keep it from marring whatever it is wrapped around. The nine feet of length provides plenty of locking options.
  • Kit comes with everything needed. Plenty of length. Great quality. This kit makes whatever you have locked up with it a not so easy target.
  • These kits are a little pricey but they protect your valuables much better than the cheap alternatives.
