I need a good cable for grain bin jacks. Will this cable work well for a hand crank jack? They are like a boat jacks, only more heavy duty. The cable will spool around them.
    1 Answer
Generally speaking, yes. Although we do not know your specific drum diameter, we can tell you that this cable is commonly used on winches, such as off road winches where it is spooled onto a drum. It is pretty flexible and economical, and while not the strongest or "best" cable one can buy, it tends to work well for general winching.
