Return & Exchange Policy

  • No returns or exchanges without prior approval
  • No returns on fabricated, cut-to-length, or special order items
  • No returns after 30 days from date of purchase
  • All approved returns or exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%
  • All discrepancies or receiving claims must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of order

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service Department at 800-442-7454 as soon as possible! Once fabrication has begun, or the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders that are cancellable are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% to be paid by credit card at the time of order is cancelled.
