Return & Exchange Policy


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, shipment is incomplete, or product is damaged from shipment. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-442-7454 within 5 days of receipt. Have the details of your order and the damage information ready to receive approval in advance of returning the item. All approved returns or exchanges are subject to restocking fee of up to 25% to be paid by credit card at the time of return approval.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Do not send in a return without approval and never send it back to the manufacturer!

Order Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service Department at 800-442-7454 as soon as possible! Once fabrication has begun, or the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Orders that are cancellable are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% to be paid by credit card at the time of order cancellation.

Warranties


Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Westech Rigging Supply.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Westech Rigging Supply (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Westech Rigging Supply will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What will we do to correct problems?

Westech Rigging Supply will either or exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Westech Rigging Supply is 90 Days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.

Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Westech Rigging Supply when you received your RMA.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification
  • Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods

This Limited Warranty does not cover any shipping charges or handling charges. You are responsible for paying these fees by credit card on receipt of your Return Merchant Authorization.

You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to Westech Rigging Supply.

This Limited Warranty is void if the Physical Goods are returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations.

Implied Warranties

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Limitation of Damages

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Westech Rigging Supply SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Consumer Protection

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
