When will my order ship?



We make every attempt to ship orders quickly. Most orders can be filled and shipped within 48 hours. If you need expedited shipping, please notify us accordingly.

You will be notified in the event an item ordered is not available for shipment. Current prices at time of shipment will apply. Your payment will not be processed until your order is ready for shipment.

How will you ship my order?



We will ship your order via whatever shipping method you choose during checckout. The options we offer are:

UPS 2nd Day Air®
UPS Next Day Air®
UPS Standard to Canada
UPS Worldwide Saver®

How do you charge for shipping?



We are proud to offer fast, reliable and affordable shipping options via UPS OnLine® Tools. We offer several shipping options to best suit the needs of our customers. Our shipping system offers UPS Real-Time Rates. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the shipping address entered during checkout and the type of shipping method chosen.

In the event UPS Real-Time Rates do not calculate correctly, shipping charges will be adjusted prior to processing and shipping your order. This may happen with oversized items (e.g., pole saws), overweight items (e.g., large chain or wire rope assemblies) or with shipments to rural areas.

In addition to the fee calculated by UPS® Real-Time Tates, we charge a small handling fee of $2.50 per order that helps us recoup shipping-related expenses.

How can I track my order?



Every order status email contains a URL that shows the current status for that order. Order tracking is only available after your package is received by UPS® and scanned into their system. If you have any problems using this feature, please contact us.
